We help you craft a Plan Of Action (POA) tailored to your exact workforce that can be rolled out any time the need arises. And with everyone on the same page, you’ll have the buy-in you need.

How can I prepare my team for big transformational change?

By assessing the scope, scale, stickiness, stakeholders, timeline and risk of the change, we help you to better understand the environment the change is happening within and how to get ahead of potential issues. Once you know the context, you can craft a custom communication plan (educate and excite), a feedback plan (engage) and an implementation plan for a smooth roll out.

What are the keys for making change that sticks?

The keys to creating buy-in within your team is to “Educate, Engage and Excite”. Educate – includes both the awareness of what’s coming, AND the understanding of the impact of the change. Engage – means everyone has a voice in the process and feels heard, as well as having a chance to participate in the change with input or action. Excite – help folks understand the incentive, what’s in it for them, and why the change is necessary/good. We help you develop the tools you need to achieve all three.

What if my change isn’t that big?

Once you have a great template to “Educate, Engage and Excite” your stakeholders, the steps can be scaled to match the impact and scope of the change. Having that baseline understanding of the keys to change and getting the team of the same page are the success factors.

Yikes! I’m in the middle of a change and it’s not going well.

While it’s great to be proactive, there are times when changes, particularly those that are legislative or regulatory, can’t be anticipated. We can help you put together a tiger team to address immediate issues, and scale a communication, feedback and rollout plan to recover your position.
